Whats your goal structure wise? What does the rest of the wiki world do?

I am working with a group which used a university clubs and socs kind of model.
ie, the org is run by a small committee and each project has to apply
to run as an org project, the project proposer/leader then has to run
the project and attract a team, and if its chunky potentially their
own committee.

We used the standard constitution template in SA and tweaked the bits
which made sense for us.

We tweaked them by listing 1 article or rule of the constitution as a
thread in the mail list and talking about that.
If you can do this face to face with key players then thats probably
easier but if you do it one rule at a time it is possible through
email.

Youll need to have a broad structural goal up front tho so everyone is
aiming for the same thing with their suggestions.
