今後、＠マークが入ったアカウントは作れなくなります。
現在あるアカウント名は経過期間の間のみ使用可能です。ローカルの bureaucrat または meta:Requests for
permissions で改名変更の手続きをしてください。

とのことです。

日本語版ウィキニュースに関しては
[[ウィキニュース:管理者連絡帳]] （[[WN:AN]]）
にて改名のお申し出を承っております。

ウィキクォートは bureaucrat がおりませんので、直接 meta で依頼をお願いします。
