I would strongly urge us *not* to make the mistake of assuming that
"edited by a logged-in user" equals "approved by a logged-in user". We
should *not* be forcing people to take responsibility for whole
articles if they simply fix a typo, add a category, or tweak an
interwiki link. Bad, bad idea.
