Our policies are pretty silly: Use whatever makes sense for the topic.
If nothing makes sense, use whatever the first major contributor used.

Basically, we actually don't care, but it pisses us off when people
change from one to the other for no good reason. However, our policy
doesn't actually give us a way to change from one to the other, even
if a good reason shows up.
