BTW, "packing the polls" may just be a reflection of how many people
are actually trying to show how much support (and hence not
divisiveness) the "keep" side has.
It doesn't matter how many people vote to say that unencyclopedic
materia should stay. It still has to go. That's what the policy is
about.
