[WikiEN-l] Dealing with crap deletion nominations

Maybe there are a few specific problems--like the ones Jimbo
identified recently--that can be addressed quickly, and then more
discussion about what to do with the "culture"?  I don't see the need
for the kind of sweeping changes you've suggested.
