beast.
The fact that Wikipedia would block someone's
*user account* because
they have at one point run such a proxy makes pretty much zero sense.
An Onion Router, yes. An Open Proxy: nuke them until they glow and then blow
them away in the dark.
An Open Proxy is what those viruses and worms are trying to make your
