SlimVirgin cites the case of A.J. Ayer, one of the originators of logical
positivism, which he later called "nonsense."  An editor now wants to insert
a verifiable citation from Prof. Ellen Schrecker in nearly 300 articles
which Prof. Schrecker herself has refuted.  Shouldn't the policy say
something about intellectual dishonesty?
