To repeat an opinion I expressed about another misuse/use of userboxes,
doesn't this particular userbox fall under [[WP:POINT]]?

We already have the tools to deal with this problem. No need to pass a
PATRIOT act, destroy Carthage & salt the earth, or take other extreme
measures.
