Good question!  About 35 editors have more than 100 edits to userboxes
(quite a small number of people, really).

The highest edit count is by a fellow called, Morgan695 , who has 1154
edits to userboxes.  Silence has 813.  Mistress Selina Kyle, currently
blocked, has made 577 edits to userboxes (amazing since she only
started editing on December 17 and has been blocked for most of the
time since then).  There are a couple more with around 500 edits, one
or two with around 300, and after that it tails off a bit.  Most of
the 35 seem to have in the low 100s of edits to userboxes.
