Just for everyone else, then.  There is no 'moral equivalence' about it. 
This has been about content and form, and those puzzled presumably thought 
that sticking to 'form', and disregarding what was really happening, was 
somehow OK.

The ArbCom is as sane as ever, and has a perfectly good mandate to act here.
