I am more than willing to consider mediation. I already
made offers for settling the dispute that haven't been
responded to on the RfC page.

172 has never tried to settle the dispute, although
that dispute is no longer active. I made him
an offer for the future on the RfC page.

With csloat, I made an offer of a 1RR limit for
each of us on the Saddam and al Qaeda page.

With Bishonen, we already reached a agreement as
he states, he asked me to stop and I did.

With El_C, he accepted my apology months ago.

Note, that the RfC page is supposed to be deleted
at this time, but I am still willing to resolve the
dispute. 172 and I got along fine for months,
although on opposite sides of editing issues.
I have not received any counter offers for
settling the disputes.
