Huh? What kind of process can be followed properly, yet produce an
incorrect result? I bet that C. Edwards Deming is rolling in his grave
over this one.

Quality results come from people at the top, carrying out their
responsibility.

If our system is broken, "consensus" (i.e., bottom-up, let's vote on it)
thinking is not going to fix it.

I didn't delete VFD just to have fun. The system is broken and must be
fixed. We need to come up with One Workable Plan and lobby the community
to accept it.
