I only relaised today that my IP address has been
blocked, it says the
IP is 62.254.32.19. and it was blocked by RickK, but when I looked at
the block list, then at this IP's contributions, I had done none of
them at all, but they were all to do with things in my country.
My username is Escobar600ie and I have only made positive
contributions, I am not a vandal.
Check the contributions by both, you will see they are diferent.
62.254.32.19 =
belf-cache-3.server.ntli.net - an NTL proxy server, used by
tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people. (NTL is a huge
cable provider in the UK.) It's currently unblocked.
The netblock is 62.254.32.0-62.254.63.255. It is currently listed on the
Special:Blockip page as NTL range, block only for shortest time required.
