[WikiEN-l] unsubscribed emails now reject instead of being moderated

The spam load is suddenly ridiculous. (The new bout of neo-Nazi spam,
looks like.) Literally a message every 1-2 minutes. I've set the list
to reject mail from the unsubscribed, rather than moderating.
Hopefully temporary.

If you want to mail wikien-l from other than your normal address,
subscribe the secondary addresses to the list, setting the option to
receive no mail. Then you can post without wading through a second
load of *fascinating* discussion on whether BCE/AD dating should be
used in a Republican Australia during autofellatio.
