[WikiEN-l] Address blocked without a visible reason

Around the time Wed May 18 08:41:00 UTC 2005, I was given "User is 
blocked" on attempt to edit "Software transactional memory", and then 
"Wikipedia:Sandbox" (to check whether I'm actually blocked) on the 
English Wikipedia.

I'm not a registered wikipedian, and doesn't have a user page. The 
single edit that I recall in the past few days was a spelling correction 
in some page about a person (I can't recall which).

I use a firewall and a NAT, but that shouldn't affect my wiki browsing. 
The blocking page requests me to include the sentence "Your IP address 
is 217.132.73.18" in my requests, so here I do. It is notable that 
212.132 doesn't appear in Special:Ipblocklist at this time.

I'd very much like this to be fixed, or at least get a reply. I'm not a 
user of the mailing list, but I will check it for updates every few hours.
