No offense, but I kinda identify the term "Ground Zero" with two places:
the heart of a nucular explosion (misspelling deliberately) and downtown
Manhattan, and I'm not sure where to find "disabled patients" at either
location (there's no hospital in the Manhattan "pit" at the moment and the
folks in the middle of a "nuke" have all been vaporized anyway, so...why
would there be disabled patients?)
