That is allowed under the 3RR. However Vamp Willow claims that the IP
address is the same person. Since the only edits by an IP adress
within 24 hours of those of Aroberts do not match the version prefered
by Aroberts I'm pulling the block. This does not in any way condone
Aroberts's actions

I am concerened that a number of admins, and Vamp Willow in
particular, don't seem to be able to understand the difference between
the number THREE and the expression "MORE THAN three". I would have
thought this kind of simple numeracy capability would be a
prerequisite to anyone being considered for admin status. Or perhaps
some kind of compulsory induction course could be laid on for them.
