But that's again because being an administrator is supposed to be "no
big deal" or whatever Jimbo said about it. It generally just means
"this person has been around for awhile and does not have some sort of
pathological editing problem that makes large amounts of people hate
them." It is not a title that is supposed to relate to any particular
POV except "Wikipedia is a good thing" which even then you can find
some variety in. And I think people who don't share that POV probably
shouldn't be taken too seriously in discussions about its policies or
future -- its the axiom from which good editing and good
decision-making derives.
