8 was another proposal I made. Any article which was created in the
last 48 hours and contains no external references whatsoever is a
candidate for speedy deletion.
I think this would be a *bad* idea. I usually create stubs with an
external reference at least - simply to justify them not being
deleted, but not always. As always, we should be encouraging good
practice, not coming down heavy-handedly on people who haven't yet had
the time/experience to do something perfectly.
