Right.  We surely need a new style guideline for this.  But it is hard
to do properly; this is one of the reasons we need a two-panel
From--->To editing interface, that tracks what you are reading as you
write a new article, and in exchange makes it easier to do such
copying and pasting... else users will always continue to do this
without attribution.
