It only takes one link on an external website placed by a joker. "Hey,
look what they have here!" Every single version of every article on
Wikipedia is URL-accessible. If the picture in question still exists, it
will be shown in the disposition suggested by the version being viewed,
not in the supposedly "work-safe" disposition of the current version.
The only solution is to let the users take control of their own browsers.
They know what they do and do not what to see.
