Arkady Rose's tone may be mocking, but I think it's a valid question. 
Women's boobs are for kids, that's why they're there.  It seems odd to
single them out as something kids aren't supposed to see.  Are they only
ever supposed to be seen in the bedroom, on the beach, or in cheap
newspapers and magazines?
