Last night, an agressive POV warrior using the account names 
Carlshooters, Johnnyio, and Jolutz mounted a ferocious assault on [[Ward 
Churchill]]. He was reverted in turns by undersigned, Zen-master, 
Cberlet,  BurtWard, and Boothy443, until the article was finally 
protected by Antandrus. See:

Now, the same individual using the account JailWardChurchillNow just has 
started filling the talk page with his vitriol. See:

Is there any precedent for having a dev lookup his/her IP number and 
have it blocked for say 72 hours? If not, it is going to be another very 
long night...
