[WikiEN-l] blocking policy violated?

Hi. The one major fact that your comment is lacking is an IP address; as 
soon as you provide us with one we'll be happy to look into this more 
fully. As it stands, I am inclined to believe that the IP you're using 
may be in use by more than one person in some fashion; we'll be able to 
tell you more as soon as you get back to us with an IP.
