[WikiEN-l] Problems with DNS

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to bring this up,
but I couldn't find a more appropriate one:

I am getting a "host not found" failure when my browser
tries to look up en.wikipedia.org. I can get to
mail.wikipedia.org. Is that likely to be a regional
problem? 
I am coming through an ISP in Canada. TIA.
