[WikiEN-l] Oxford Encyclopedia of Food and Drink in America

Just heard a radio interview with [[Andrew F. Smith]],
who edited this two volume set, the contents of which,
he claimed, were severely limited by space. It would
be wonderful if we could fill in the gaps left by his
770 articles on (the minutia of) food and drink in
America, as well as the rest of the world. Just wanted
to share. It might be interesting to look at the kind
of articles these guys consider 'encyclopedic'
