Regarding the part that affiliates the Verein

U.S. foundation, it seems to me that something in the bylaws which
simply acknowledges that the names 'Wikipedia' and 'Wikimedia' are
owned by the U.S. foundation as a matter of trademark would be
sufficient. If some future revolutionaries managed to take over the
Verein to put it to purposes distant from the will of the global
wikipedia community, it would be possible in any event to take away
the right to use the name.
I am not sure that this would belong into the German by-laws, as
usually such things need not be stated explicitly in Germany; since
that is the case anyway. I will propose it, though, because it does
make some sense. I'll tell them that a lawer should check if and
where that could go.
http://www.forum-nro.de/mitte/satzung/satzung_text.htm
Was meint Ihr?
Viele Grüße
