I removed a "having count(*)>1" clause, and it worked fine.

You'll need to alter the code. Special:Wantedpages lists pages which
are linked to at least twice, but which don't exist. You should find
that a bit of alteration to the special page itself is all that's
needed, but that might not be the case.
