[Mediawiki-l] graphviz extension -- can we have this ?

No extensions are included in the MediaWiki distribution; that's why
they're *extensions*. :) If there ever were, this was an accident.

Once we get some additional preference hooks set up I'll even be moving
texvc out into extensions...
