I don't know elsewhere, but here in Italy this doesn't seem to have 
changed, Wikipedia and Google are put in the same bunch. Just seen on TV 
(RaiNews, which is perhaps one of the most favourable channels for us) 
this summary: "USA web molochs protest proposed legislation" (can't 
remember it exactly, but the point is "USA web molochs").
