[Foundation-l] help.wikimedia.org - Q&A site

Wasn't there a proposal a while back for a Stack Exchange [1] site
like this? It seems like the ideal software for it.

Although IMO if MediaWiki discussions are too confusing for new users,
we should be concentrating on fixing that (*cough* LiquidThreads
*cough*) rather than going to a different platform.
