[Foundation-l] Please delete mo. wikipedia

In that case, I think you and I have misunderstood each other. I don't
think a transliteration engine should be a precondition to mo.wp being
*moved*, just to it being *deleted*. I don't have any problem or
disagreement with it being moved immediately.
