[Foundation-l] Can anyone really edit Wikipedia?

Don't waste your time, it has already been
done<http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_talk:Cite/Cite.php#Variation_for_refs_in_the_final_references_block>,
just not implemented.
