[Foundation-l] Contact from Chile

The slogan doesn't bother me, personally. It isn't likely to be misleading,
if I'm not mistaken they aren't using it commercially, and they are using
MediaWiki software. Possibly they've already asked and received permission,
but if they do is there a reason why it shouldn't be granted?
