The "discussible opinion" is an opinion from a lawyer about a law. Until no
one found a different statement from another lawyer, this is the only one
opinion from a lawyer, regarding to [[:m:American non-acceptance of the rule
of the shorter term]], avaiable to do things on Wikimedia projects in order
"to empower and engage people around the world to collect and develop
neutral educational content under a free content license or in the public
domain" [1]
