[Foundation-l] (Important) Survey translators needed

The survey translation template does not currently include lists of
countries, lists of languages, and other standard data like this.
We'll try to get these translations from existing data sources. The
survey team at UNU Merit has designed large multilingual surveys on
open source development & use, and we have some translated texts that
we can use from there. Since we are talking about a survey
questionnaire, there isn't much "optional" stuff, except for a few
redundant columns we can probably kill.

Every translator will receive the full, annotated questionnaire as a
context reference.

As for process, if you have specific suggestions, let me know.
Siebrand is looking at whether translatewiki.net could potentially be
used for this, either with technical modifications or without. But,
we're on a pretty tough timetable, so we'll see - as always, we'll
learn as we go along, and may get better at it next time.
