[Foundation-l] Missed opportunity: NASA AND INTERNET ARCHIVE LAUNCH CENTRALIZED RESOURCE FOR IMAGES

Since it says there is no cost to taxpayers, I'm guessing that IA probably
is footing all costs and did most of the heavy lifting here. Were we even in
the running for this on the Foundation side?
