[Foundation-l] [FR 07] Fundraiser 2007 -ResponsivenessofCommunity

I thought it was quite a good banner for use on a blog where you have
knowledge about the Foundation running the projects. However, that's quite a
small audience. My suggestion for improvement would be to add the WP logo on
the left, perhaps doing the same "partial" trick to keep the text in order.

Seriously, everyone and their dog has heard of Wikipedia, there is a serious
problem that they don't know it is run by the WMF and there are sister
projects.

When I saw it (before reading the guidelines), I thought it was
because it was cut off.  And then, after reading the guidelines,
doesn't it violate "The logo should always be surrounded by margins of
at least the size of the red circle's diameter"?
