[Foundation-l] Priorities

Hoi,
Each Wikipedia has its own community. The notion that one Wikipedia detracts
from another is not really based in fact. There are several language
versions that are struggling. There are many reasons that can be identified
for this. There are many projects that are doing ok and we try to learn from
what it takes to make a successful project. One of the things we did to
prevent too many unpleasant surprises is the Incubator, another is the
insistence on a functional localisation. There is no such thing as
"resources spread too thin" there are cases of not enough resources. When
there are not enough resources, projects are "closed".
