I think that's a change (or correction), rather than a clarification,
but thank you anyway. It should be fine (although rather confusing)
like that. Just be careful that the contributors that are agreeing to
multi-license their edits are the copyright holders - if they copied
the text from another page, or a wikimedia sister project (including
translations, I believe), then they can't give permission (it should
say in the edit summary whenever such a thing has happened, you just
need to make sure you read the edit summaries, not just the
usernames).
