Thank you :) So we come to the real question - What does the Foundation
think it's doing, and the REAL 'why is it doing it.'  Is it simply a
question of DOGMA. The glib assertion of 'free' will not suffice,
because there are competing freedoms involved.

So is the Project Licensing to benefit subsistence economies? Surely
there are better ways to help.

And on 'fair use,' what are the *principles* involved - in view of the
get-outs mentioned
