No sir, the record is clear I have used WP's Dispute Resolution procedures
to resolve disputes. Mr. Wales I've been informed is somewhat familiar with
my case. Passage of this
Motion<http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Requests_for_arbitration&diff=prev&oldid=167156468#Nobs01_and_others>could
have resolved it. User:JzG has invited me to summarize
the problem here<http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikien-l/2007-November/085632.html>sometime
next week. Everyone familiar with the case admits to errors,
including the original complainant who admits to exaggerated claims simply
to convince ArbCom to accept hearing the case. Unfortunately, Wikipedia has
become the speaker of defamatory information about me enshrined in an
Arbitration ruling reproduced on 268 web pages accessible to Google. A
simple admission on the part of Wikipedia to its own error will end
discussion of this problem forever.
