[Foundation-l] A general wiki list?

I think there should be rules of participation within any mailing list.
There are always one or two people who are intent upon upsetting the
applecart.

FYI Herewith the (proposed) rules that have been formulated by the General
Assembly of the GNSO within ICANN.
