Simply add this javascript:

if (wgServer.substr(-4) == '.com' )
    document.write("http://place.to.banners/code");

Good to discourage using of ".com" url. Bad for stupid people not very 
aware of this (even with a link "view without advertisements"!) and 
sensationalist journalists.
