[Foundation-l] Wikimania 2008 bids: London

Actually, since Cool Cat already has a marvelous 2008 bid I think it
would be counter intuitive to attempt to beat it at such a long way
into Wikimania 2008 development. Perhaps it would be better to move it
to a 2009 bid, or perhaps 2010?
