Even if the quote were essentially non-religious, *and* from a
non-religious text, then it would still be inappropriate for a site
notice.  To my knowledge, the site notice has never been used to convey
general good advice or anything of the sort on any project or any
language.  This is not a matter of religion versus non-religion, it is a
matter of, well, this is not what the sitenotice is for.
