I disagree

There are not many pending requests. There are many requests where 
stewards are waiting for editors to provide relevant data to receive 
satisfaction.

As of this morning, I see two real pending requests waiting for steward 
action. One is dated of the 31th, the other of the 1rst of november. I 
think that is a decent waiting time.
