There seems to be a confusion between Ticket ID and Ticket Number...
114758 is the number
14720 is the ID

Now, how come that for the editor sending a mail and receiving an 
answer, the reference is the Ticket number, while we should use the 
ticket ID ? Basically errrr, why two unique numbers not compatible ?

Well, at least I found my ticket.

I think I will only use the "search all" interface from now on...
