I would love to see a simple "pick your language" portal, a la
http://www.easyjet.com/ .  Then /wiki/en/Home or /wiki/de/Home,
perhaps.
Or even /en/Home and /de/Home, as long as that allows for non-wiki pages
to neatly fall into the directory structure.
